For students who wish to submit their internship logbook online:
The “Internship Logbook” prepared in Word format and the documents required for submission are listed below.
1- If completing a workshop internship, use FORM211: FR-0955-GİDF Workshop Internship Logbook; if completing a long-haul watchkeeping internship, use FORM212: FR-1818-Faculty of Shipbuilding and Maritime Affairs Offshore Internship Logbook.
2- The internship logbook and supporting documents must be compiled into a single compressed archive file (ZIP), uploaded via the logbook submission link below, and submitted to the Department Chair.
