Dear Students,
⚠️ The deadline for submitting assignments for the Final Project and Marine Machinery Design courses is Monday, June 15, 2026, at the end of the workday.
📌 Important Notes Regarding the Submission Process
🔴 Advisor approval is mandatory for all assignments to be submitted. Assignments without advisor approval will not be evaluated.
🔹 A copy of each submitted file must be emailed to the relevant advisor.
🔹Students working in groups need only upload one PDF file.
🔹Students submitting both a Thesis and a Design Project must make two (2) separate submissions.
📝 Graduation and Design Project submissions, along with the Project/Graduation Project Submission Form, must be submitted to the Department Secretary via the form available here.
⚠️ Additionally, poster presentations for the graduation theses prepared by our students are mandatory, and the printed copies must be submitted to the Department Chair by Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
🏆 Regarding the Final Project presentations, the top three students selected based on the Fall and Spring Semester jury evaluations will be awarded prizes at the Faculty Graduation Ceremony.
📣 NOTE: The second group of graduation thesis committee evaluations will take place on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in Classroom T204.
